You can login through the given links and have direct video calls with me from your place of comfort. It also reduced the travelling hassle.

What can I expect in my first session?

Well, we are meeting for the first time. I would love to know about you and answer your questions related to the issues you are facing and the problems you want to work on.

How long do I need to be in therapy?

Let me be frank. It purely depends on implementation of your therapy knowledge in your real life. I can help you understand your problems better and the root cause for it, but its you who has to choose to implement in real life and relieved.

Why should I see a therapist instead of a friend?

Therapy is a scientific and structured than a casual talk. Meeting a therapist makes you understand the problem and help yourself in similar future situations.

How do I know when to see a therapist?

When you have extremely overwhelming feelings/emotions, when you fall sick often. When you feel stuck, hopeless.
